Features and specification

1.       Swing check valves designed and manufactured by our company are as per API 6D/ANSI B16.34/BS1868/BS 5153/GB standards, with bolted bonnet and pressure sealing bonnets.

2.       The check valves are mainly used for oil, gas, water pipelines, and soft sealing check valve also can be used for Natural gas with zero leakage.

3.       The function of the swing check valve is to move the disc from the closed position of the disc to the fully open position in the form of an arc movement by allowing the fluid force.

4.       Available in full bore or reduced Bore.

5.       Swing type disc, threaded or welded seat ring, back-seating, renewable seat ring.

6.       Size: 2" to 36", Pressure Ratings: ANSI 150, 300, 600, 900 , 1500.

7.       End Connections: Flanged, Buttweld, Socket Weld, Hub Connectors, Compact Flange or other proprietary connections. 

8.       Materials: WCB, LCB, CF8, CF8M, CF3, CF3M, WC6, WC9, C5, C12 or Equivalent, also available in low temperature steels, low alloy steels, stainless steels, duplex type stainless steels and other exotic materials; Various trim materials available to suit service conditions.
